FB08G solid lubrication bearing is the novel sliding bearing made by the matrix of JF-800 bimetallic material, with special solid lubricant embedded then. The alloy material with high carrying strength is used as the matrix, the ideal polymer filling material selected strictly as the anti-wear agent, and the reasonable spiral rhombus block makes the lubrication area up to 25%; therefore, it can develop the superior low friction performance, excellent lubricity and anti-wear performance. The product is applied to the automobile starting motor, generator, lifter, crane and metallurgy machinery.
