FB090 series rolled bronze bearing bush is the new generation of bearing bush developed on the basis of steel-copper lead bimetallic bearing bush product. This product is commonly used abroad. With the increasingly introduction of new types of mechanical equipment into China, the designers' demands for new types of friction materials and bearing bush are also increased. The main features of FB090 series bearing bush include the thin-walled structure and compacted assembly space. The bearing bush material introduces the copper alloy strip which is specially formulated and provided with high density. As compared with the traditionally paved copper bush, it features high density, non-shrinkage blowhole, high carrying capacity and anti-corrosion & fatigue. The bearing bush manufacturing introduces the state of the art tooling, so that the oil holes, oil sumps and oil pockets for various engineering conditions could be processed on the friction surface of strip. Thus, when in use, the bearing bush could store a lot of lubricating grease and extend the lubricating interval, so as to effectively improve the service life.
